Trip to specialist

Well on Wednesday, Nov 28, Aaron says have you seen this when you change Abram's diaper?  So Thursday, I called Dr. Tsang his pediatrician and we went in for a visit.  He diagnosed a hernia, which made sense.  We were scheduled with Dr. Knight, turns out he fixed my hernia and multiple of Aaron's cousins.  So I wasn't sure but he seemed more fussy over the weekend.  I kept saying to Aaron, it may be in my head, but...  Well on Monday Dec 3, we went in for the visit with Dr. Knight.  He was very short and sweet, checked him out and what Abram has in a hydrocele of the cord.  It should resolve by one year of age, if not surgery may be the next step.  Needless to say Aaron and I are very relieved and so glad he doesn't need a surgery.

On to more positive news, today St. Nick came to visit.  Corryn loves the idea of Christmas and Santa.  Nana got us an Elf on the Shelf and his name is Tinsel, so everyday we look for Tinsel hoping she was a good girl and he returned.  Very fun!!  So as we are teaching Corryn about Christmas and Jesus.  Corryn completely gets the idea of receiving gifts, because that is what she is seeing all over the tv. We are trying and showing Corryn what Christmas is all about and explaining giving.  We will continue to focus on teaching our children that Jesus is the reason for Christmas.

Abram, you have started sleeping through the night!!  At the beginning of the week you slept 10 PM to 4 AM, and today Thursday 12/6, you slept 10PM-6AM!!!  YAY!!!  Pictures to come
