8 week check up 12/22/12

Well better late then never, Abram had his 8 week check up back in December.  He got his shots, YUCK!!  He was a lot more dramatic than his sister.  HE SCREAMED!  Corryn would cry but as soon as I picked her up, she was good to go.  Abram wanted extra cuddles, which is fine with us.  Who doesn't like to cuddle with a sweet little man!  Stats:  weight 12 lbs 3.5 oz and  height 22.25 in.  Abram you are a quarter inch taller than Corryn at this time and 2 lbs 3.5 oz bigger!!  Dr. Tsang wanted to have your hydrocele looked at, so we went in for an ultrasound.  The radiologist saw a fluid filled cyst with regular boarders.  You have to go back 4 weeks from that ultrasound to have an additional ultrasound to check the size.  Mommy and Daddy visually think it is getting smaller already.  So if you have time say a quick prayer that it continues to shrink like it should.  Dr. Tsang said there was no reason to think it would just be absorbed by his little body and the radiologist agreed.
